At Dynamic Strength, it’s our mission to get clients bigger, stronger and leaner through individualized programming and lifestyle modifications. With 10 years in the fitness industry, we know that with a quality program and the right amount of guidance and support the skies the limit when it comes to what someone can accomplish.

And we don’t just love to coach, we love to train as well. So we know first-hand the frustration that comes with hitting plateaus and the challenges that can come with designing your own program. That’s why we’ve sought out coaches for ourselves. Because having another coach take control ensures that our program will include, not just what we like, but what we need to make progress toward our goals.

So let us use our knowledge, experience and resources to create the best program for you. That way your only responsibility will be to show up, have fun and get after it.

Free 2-Week Program

8-Week & 12-Week Programs

These programs allow people to reach higher levels of health and performance while taking away the guess work. These are designed so you will not worry about sets/reps, week-to-week progressions or the intensity levels to work at. We took care of all of that so that all you need to do is show up to the gym and work hard. Each of our programs best serves lifters with at least some training experience or those lifters who are comfortable using barbells & dumbbells.

1:1 Remote Coaching

This service is for lifters wanting to gain strength, build muscle and get leaner without sacrificing time or money. With Remote Coaching we offer a 60-minute consultation, a comprehensive assessment, a customized training program, weekly program updates and monthly check-ins with your coach. Through this process we also will take the time to get to know you, your lifestyle and your schedule in order to deliver results effectively and efficiently.
